November 2009

Dear OMEA Member;

The OMEA Board of Directors has TWO vacant positions that we are looking to fill on an INTERIM TERM basis beginning December 15th, 2009 – and concluding November 3, 2010. At our 2010 Annual General Meeting held at Fusion 2010 in London, these two positions will then be up for election by the general membership.

As with all appointed positions we will continue to strive for representation that meets the needs of our membership while ensuring that we have a variety of perspectives including geographical (e.g. South Western Ontario, North etc.) and expertise (i.e. elementary/secondary/postsecondary/vocal/jazz/independent/ORFF/Kodaly/band/recorder etc..).

All interested candidates are asked to complete the attached form and return to lmatthie0812@rogers.com by 4:00 p.m. TUESDAY DECEMBER 2nd, 2009.
